For the most curious, we have called our apartment “Piso del Mar Menor” for many reasons. What pushed us the most to make this decision was the place and our gratitude to the old owners (whom we never knew) who love and respect the sea as we are.
. Without them this dream of ours would not exist. We immediately fell in love with our neighbors’ house and with Los Nietos. We wanted to keep something reminiscent of the sea and its tranquility in the house and we will continue to improve it always in respect of this peaceful and wonderful place

Los Nietos And Its Surroundings
Los Nietos is a small municipality of Cartagena, bathed by Mar Menor. It is a small fishing village which still maintains its ancient charm. The village is characterized by a long dark beach overlooking the sea with warm water so as to be able to swim almost all year round. This place is ideal for those who practice water sports and with a marina that is very popular with sailing enthusiasts. Beyond the sea, you can see the wonderful strip of land called “La Manga” with its buildings and residences and a long white beach and crowded throughout the summer. Around the village, just a few minutes away, there are the best clubs and fields for golf lovers.
